Can I change plans or cancel at any time?
We require an initial 3 month commitment to us for two reasons. First, it takes us time to learn you and program best for you and second, it takes time for you to see the results you are looking for!
You may change your plan and/or cancel at anytime after your initial three months.
What kind of time commitment do I need to give to this program?
For best results we suggest you set aside time at the beginning of each week to schedule your workouts and/or food. This planning time has proven to be the biggest predictor of success for our clients.
As far as actual time to complete the workouts created for you, typically you will need at least 45 minutes each session at the gym. Our competitive program is a warm up, workout and cool down that ranges between 90 minutes to 2 hours to complete.
Is anyone else on the same program as me?
Each program is specifically designed for the client. After our initial consulation call, your program is created based upon your current abilities and the goals we have set for you. Each Sunday you are required to provide feedback from your week so we can alter and adjust anything that is not working in your plan. No two programs are the same since no two clients are the same.
Is there support if I’m struggling?
Absolutely! Whether it’s techincal support using My Fitness Pal or our training platform or emotional support to keep going – WE ARE HERE FOR YOU! All you need to do is reach out and we will happily assist you in a timely manner. Each program comes complete with step by step instructions on using our platform and recommended apps.
Will I achieve my goals in 3 months?
Well, that depends, how hard are you willing to work? Anything is possible, but nothing is easy. We won’t promise you will reach them in 3 months, but it’s our job to design the very best plan to get you to your goals as quickly as possible.
Honesty, hard work and strict adherence to the program is YOUR job. Creating a perfect plan for you is OUR job!

Our greatest desire is to see you achieve success as quickly as possible with a long term plan to maintain your results.
Are there any additional costs?
Nope. Never. There are applications and programs (like My Fitness Pal) that we recommend you use, but there is always a free version available for everything we suggest. If you chose to upgrade to a higher level that is up to you.
Is accountability included in my programming?
Accountability is in the form of weekly email checkins as wells as support/feedback from your daily workout. To be honest, your success is dependant upon your willingness to engage in accountability with your coach. Besides, that is one of the biggest reasons you’re looking for a coach in the first place.
What about refunds?
There are no refunds for already distributed programs. Just make sure you cancel on time and you won’t be charged.

If you’re having problems with My Fitnesspal or True Coach, just reach out. We’ll gladly assist you!
How much time do I need to commit to the gym
The best part about working with us is that your plan is individualized to you, so we cater to what you can do. At minimum you will need 45 minutes each session at the gym. Our competitve program is typically 90 minutes to 2 hours long. We will discuss your capabilities during your initial consult and build your program within those parameters.
Do I NEED to journal my food?
Only if you want accountability from us, which is kind of why you signed up 😉
What if there is a movement or exercise that I don’t know how to do?
For programming, we use True Coach, which gives you short videos of the movement you are tasked to do each week. We also tend to link You Tube videos to movements that aren’t as common. If you need additional coaching help you can email your coach for a personalized video or if you are in the Twin Cities feel free to set up a one on one skills session with your coach.
What if I don’t know how to calculate macros?
We use My Fitness pal, which calculates macros for you. We also send out a knowledge base around tracking your food which most clients find to be helpful in this area.
What if I‘m sick and can’t get my workouts in?
Communicate with your coach early and often. Your coach will move your dates of program to the next week.
How do you individualize my program?
The first week is honestly a trial and error week based upon what you have shared during our intake call. We stay with common movements and put in common tests for you so that we can learn your abilities as soon as possible. We LOVE feedback from your workouts. The more honest information you can give us the better. Information helps us write an even more successful program for the next week!
How do I pay?
You will be sent an invoice which will have a payment link attached. If you would prefer to pay by cash or check just let your coach know and we can arrange that for you.
